On 24 October 2016, five member delegation from the Embassy of Netherlands, Bangladesh comprising  Leoni Cuelenaere, Ambassador; Kees Van Baar, Human Rights Ambassador; Louise Hujibens, Senior Policy Advisor; Lisette Blum, First Secretary and Nadim Farhad, Political Advisor visited NHRCB to meet Honorable Chairman Kazi Reazul Hoque and discuss about human rights situation of Bangladesh and the role of NHRCB. Md. Nazrul Islam, Full-Time Member of NHRCB also attended the discussion.
